Practicing stillness is an effective way to pray. It completely prepares you to connect to God and the Universe, and to quiet our minds and listen for truth and answers.

Psalm 46:10 is a wonderful reminder to slacken our bodies, release all tension, and focus on the Lord. In this state, we can truly begin to hear Him. As my Momma always says, God is driving the bus.
